There is no validation by the Customer on these invoices. 25.1.2 - One-Time Service Invoices The Service Provider presents to the Customer before the 03rd of the following month a validation form of the services consumed by the Customer in the month with all the associated supporting documents (BL, email, etc.). Any partial assignment is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the Contract. Any assignment granted in violation of the preceding paragraph would result in the termination of this Agreement in accordance with § 1.11.
