(We will provide you with a registration form beforehand). In the event of a pack change or the number of packs in the portfolio (incoming or outgoing employee), we will simply draw up an addendum. Please note, each pack being nominative, it is not possible to substitute one employee for another on one and the same pack.     TERMS AND CONDITIONS DOMICILIATION SERVICES BACKED TO A TAX DOMICILIATION CONTRACT GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICES OF OUR WORKING SPACES ADMITTED TO A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE WORKING SPACES Ékypé ™ Version 1.9 of March 01, 2018 Article 1 - PURPOSE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICES It is recalled beforehand the following: The Service Provider and the Customer have agreed to a Contract for the provision of Ékypé ™ work space (s) on which these general service conditions are based. These conditions are intended to describe precisely the services that the Service Provider (BATYCOM ™) intends to serve to its customers in the context of the occupation of its workspaces in general.
